Hello and welcome back….. A cover version of ‘Kim Carnes – Bette Davis Eyes’ from German band”Familie Silly” (Silly).
Lead Singer ‘Tamara Danz’ had a stunning voice and gives Kim Carnes a run for her money in this 1982 video…. Sounds Awesome. (Reminds me a little of German singer “Nina”- think 99 luft balloons)
Sadly, in 1996 Tamara past away from breast cancer, she was only 43.
The band Silly still continues today bringing out a new album called Head to Head in 2013…..
One of the best cover versions Ive heard in a long time…..

By the way, in case you were wondering….the band got the name ‘Silly” after their pet cat who quote ‘behaved in a silly manner’…. Makes sense.
